My most popular edition ever, this print visually reimagines an old Irish fisherman’s phrase as a classic Renaissance atlas with allegorical scenes for each of the four elements in the corners.
There’s quite a bit going on in this print in terms of symbolism and structure so I’ve made a mini lecture for you to enjoy that tells the full story embedded within the artwork which you can watch on youtube here.
This is the fifth edition of this print. The first, second, third and fourth all sold out very quickly. Each has had a unique colour palette. For this fifth edition I’ve gone for a softer more pastel selection which is working beautifully.
Each of these prints has been made by hand in London with master printer Mansons Press. Because its made by hand there may be some slight variations in the print you receive compared to the one in the photos but overall the consistency is incredibly high.
